AT ORTHOREGEN®, WE ARE DEDICATED TO THE EDUCATION OF OTHER PHYSICIANS IN THE FIELD OF INTERVENTIONAL ORTHOBIOLOGIC TREATMENTS.
We routinely welcome doctors at OrthoRegen® from all over the world to observe our image-guided, orthobiologic procedures and treatments. We hold education seminars for our medical colleagues and present research and data at world renowned conferences showcasing orthobiologics and non-surgical procedures.
We strongly believe there needs to be specialist education in the use of these treatments so that patients can obtain the correct information about cellular therapy and the best possible outcomes. We are committed to the education of the next generation of doctors utilising these therapies.

NOT ALL REGENERATIVE MEDICINE PROVIDERS
ARE THE SAME
The implementation of cellular therapy and orthobiologics to treat musculoskeletal conditions and injury require scientific knowledge of the mechanisms of cellular function and their interplay. It also requires the advanced skills of image-guided procedures to place the cells in the precise structures such as ligaments, tendons, nerves, muscles and joints. It involves skills in diagnosing the root cause of the symptoms and pain generators and advanced knowledge in utilising the best regenerative medicine treatments for that cause. Therefore, we believe doctors providing interventional regenerative medicine treatments are required to complete appropriate and extensive training, just like other medical specialities require.

Australia has no formal training body for doctors interested in learning interventional regenerative medicine. Whilst it is relatively easy to obtain "bed-side" machines and equipment used to prepare orthobiologics from the companies that sell them, the delivery of these therapies and their applications to disease and injury is, in itself, its own medical specialty. It's not as simple as "just injecting a joint."
